Sports venue:For local citizens in Tokyo

Local people can use public sports facilities in Japan.

Let me introduce one venue located in Tokyo, Sumida district.

I live near "Tokyo sky tree" ,which you can see it in this picture.

This venue was elementary school.And students number getting smaller.So two schools was consolidated to one school.

So,local city government decided to transform it to a sports and cultual center for local people.

People can use them very cheap price.

So,sometimes it is very difficult to make reservation for tennis courts.

This place is running by half public and half private company.

 You can see Skytree with 634m high from the field.

 You can enjoy tennis,basketball,valleyboll.

 It's good playground for small kids.

It's not easy to book.

Small indoor training gym.

Gymnastic : Your team can use it one hour for only US$5.

It's too cheep.

Gymnastic, It is not big. 

But enough to enjoy bascketball and so on.

They also have kitchen room for cooking class and have some rooms for dance lessons and music band practice.

I am sure this is great and rear venue for sports and cultural activities.
