Former professional baseball picther Mr.KUWATA is today`s guest.
He is one of the best player in Japan.He is 50 years old.
He played in Japan for 21 years at Giants and US MLB for 2 years at Pitsburgh Pirates.
He is very clever that was the main reason that he made success.
He is not tall, about 174cm. that was his big disadvantage. All of the good players around him were big and tall.He made his efforts to cover it. He always had been trying to train himselfe effectively and use medical science.

After he retired, he joined WASEDA university and study sports and sports business for one year.He wanted to contribute "baseball" so he decided to study.

I am now studying a mechanisum of baseball pitcher movement at Tokyo university graduate school. I go to the graduate school about once a week to attend class to have discussion.I am studying how to through ball effectively as a good pitcher.

Excellent ballpark in US
When I had played in US for two years, I really enjoyed baseball venue,ballpark.
They are beautiful and people enjoy them. People enjoy just being a ballpark.
Many Japanese players were smoking.
When I was a new in the Giants team, almost all players were somoking.
I could not believe it. But it took time to change the smoking culture.
Excellent logical environment in US MLB.
Everything is logical,so players can focus only baseball.
Japan is not same.

American coach teach or advice too little.
Racism.
不平等、人種差別もあった。
黒人と白人でロッカーの場所が違った。
米国は教えなさすぎ、日本は教えすぎ。
