I think it is hard for athletes to control doping. I mean that even if you get some advice from professional support for drug or neutrition,some food and drinks contains something that violate the rule of "Doping".

 I remember American cyclist Lance Armstrong who were Tour de France champion for 7 years since 1999. but he was life ban for cycling because of doping.
