 National team freight 130 hour in 2016 season.

Jet leg and conditioning are key.

First day of training in overseas, we do strong training to get good sleep at night.

Getting good sleep is a key.

Ice bath

Ice slushy or smoothie are you good to cool down body.

Ice bath I

Athletes try to cool down their body during 10 minutes break.

So ice bath and cold smoothie are good.

But almost all most of the stadium do not have ice bath.


Monitor athletes condition daily for long period is important.
