Asics Sports Complex :High altitude training center in Tokyo

Asics,Japanese giant sports shoes company will open their first sports gym in Tokyo  in Sep 2019.

It's called "Asics Sports Complex Tokyo Bay".

It has " High altitude environment " for swimming pool,running track and exercise equipments.

It has low oxygen as same as 2,000m altitude. 

If you practice this facility,30 minutes exercise means 2 hours exercise of normal altitude.

So it's good for athletes especially for long distance runners and swimmers.

Both professionals and amateurs can use this gym.
