Coffee break: Craft Sake, Japanese rice wine

Completely defferent ?

When I was a college students, I did not think Sake is good taste. At that time,we drank  sake to enjoy just  get drunk.! Actualy I think you could enjoy taste of Sake, beer,wine and wisky after you get 30 years or so.

If you are in 20`s, it is too early to enjoy drinking !

When I was around 35 years old,I enjoyed very good craft Sake.

Before that, I was just enjoy typical Sake.I mean regular sake.

But When I met craft sake,I was really impressed.It was just like white wine.

It was very delicate and smoothe taste.

I love craft beer ,especially IPA! So If you like craft beere, you know the difference between regulare one and craft one.

Yes,craft sake is completely different compare to regular one.

Sake in Japan and Sake oversease, different ?

In general,Sake overseas contain some preservervation chemistry to maintain quality for two or three years.So taste is different.

Yes,you had better come to Tokyo to enjoy good delicate taste of craft sake !
