Today, I joined the "sports study" seminor run by Japanese high quality sports magazine called " number.
Today`s guest are CEO Mr.Takashi Yamauchi and sales director Mr.Shinji Ito.
Team Gamba
Gumba belong to the Japanese professional football league called J1.
Gumba has a best football stadium in Japan near OSAKA city called Suita.
You can find the stadium in a e-game software.
I went there before and they are really good.40,000capacity and seats are close to the football field.
CEO Mr Yamauchi is 60 years old. He had been working Japanee giant electric manufacturing campany Panasonic until he was 58 years.
He was a sales manager there.
Panasonic has 40% of capital stock of Gumba company.

How to get along well with local people.
In Gumba company, 6 people are in charge of "communicating local people, companies and government". It is vital to have good relationship with those local people.

Who is target ? Who is your customer? Where they live? How old are they?
There are many aspect to analyze market and find your potential target.
Need to make inspireing message to your target customer.
Current target customer for Gumba stadium.
Family and kids who live near the stadium.
There are many universitiy near stadium but they do not focus them.
In general to attract students for stadium is very difficult.
Also they want more customer for VIP room.
They have 30 VIP rooms for 2,000 people.At this moment 50% of VIP room are sold.
