Outrageous instruction by Nihon Univ American football coach

The head coach instructed injury.

Last month,at the match between Nihon Univ and Kansei Gakuin Univ, that incident was happened in Tokyo.

Illegal tackle on a defenseless quarter back player was committed at the instruction of the head coach. The video took that incident clearly. And media tell that incident almost everyday to Japanese people.It is huge impact to Japanese society.

Nihon university American football team is one of the strongest university team in Japan,actually they got championship last year.

The head coach name Uchida, he already resigne, so we call him the ex-coach,apparently employed a method in which he castigated certain players and pushed them to brink to spur improvement in thier performance.

To some degree,strict guidance is needed to keep a sports powerhouse at the top of its game.However,behavior that forces a player to resort to aberrant foul play is the very definition of power harassment.

Respecting a player`s position is the starting point for any guidance by a coach.

 I totally agree this opinion.

 

 Ministry of Education should do something !

He said the ministry should cut subsidy to that university if neccesary.
